Our Pumpkin vine was covered in Aphids, and we had never encountered so many, and couldn't wait for the lady bugs to eat them all, so we found a natural remedy, and thought we may as well try it!
Firstly, you cut up 2 cups of tomato leaves and soak covered in water overnight. The next day we removed the leaves and threw them into the compost and added another 2 cups of water into the watering can. Indie helped by watering the areas covered in aphids. We were amazed that by the next day, they aphids we all gone! We will be making up another couple of batches of this to use in the future!
